Tomas has more than four decades of experience in technology, startups and game development, working across industry and innovation ecosystems.

He is actively involved in supporting game startups and building game development communities, most notably through his work with East Sweden Game, one of Sweden’s leading game development hubs.

Tomas is also the author of Spelmakaren, a book reflecting on four decades in the games industry and the evolution of game development.

Through Incredible Concepts, Tomas collaborates with game hubs, innovation organisations and startup programs across Europe, providing mentoring, ecosystem advisory and strategic guidance to help the next generation of game studios grow.
